  3. Non-Combining with Other Offers: Vouchers cannot be combined with any other discounts, rewards, or promotional offers.

  4. Eligibility for Discount: The discount is applied only to the standard retail price of eligible items. It does not apply to products that are already discounted or on promotion.

  5. Stock Limitations: All vouchers are subject to product availability, and the discount is only valid on selected items as specified in the voucher terms.

  6. Validity Period: Each voucher has a specified validity period, usually not exceeding 30 days unless otherwise stated. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiration date, or they will be void.

  7. One Voucher Per Customer: Only one voucher may be used per customer or order.

Voucher Redemption & Conditions

  1. Redemption Process: To redeem a voucher, you must apply the provided discount code at checkout. If you fail to enter the code, you will forfeit the discount.

  2. Remaining Balance: If your order total is less than the value of your voucher, any remaining balance may be used toward future purchases, provided the voucher is still valid. Please note that partial use of the voucher does not extend its validity period.

  3. No Additional Value: You cannot add additional funds to an existing voucher, and the value cannot be increased after issuance.

  4. Product Availability: Voucher redemption does not guarantee that the desired products will be in stock at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to stock availability.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Modifications

  1. Voucher Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If an order is canceled by the merchant after voucher redemption, the funds will either be refunded as a voucher or applied to a future order at your discretion, but the original voucher’s expiration date will remain unchanged.

  2. Customer Cancellations: If an order is canceled by the customer, the voucher discount will not be refunded or reallocated.

  3. Cancelled Voucher Promotions: Muntstuk.com reserves the right to cancel any voucher promotion at any time. If a voucher redemption is canceled or reversed by Muntstuk.com, you will be notified and a refund or alternative arrangements will be made as necessary.

Restrictions and Limitations

  1. Fraudulent Behavior: Any attempt to manipulate voucher usage (e.g., creating multiple accounts for the same customer to redeem more than one voucher) will be considered abuse of the system. Muntstuk reserves the right to deactivate your account and cancel any related orders.

  2. Shipping Exclusion: Discounts do not apply to shipping fees. The discount applies only to the merchandise total.

  3. Changes to Terms: Muntstuk.com reserves the right to amend or update these Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review the terms regularly to ensure you are informed of any updates.

  4. Right to Amend: Muntstuk.com may modify the discount structure or cancel voucher promotions at its discretion without notice.
