South Africa Shipping Options:

  1. Collection from Midrand (Centurion)

    • Cost: Free
    • Details: You can collect your items directly from our office during business hours. Please arrange a suitable date and time for collection in advance.

  2. Postnet2Postnet (Domestic)

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 days from payment receipt
    • Main Centres: 2-3 working days
    • Details: We use Postnet’s trusted service for secure delivery. This option is available for customers within South Africa, ensuring a reliable and tracked delivery.

    Note: We do not accept responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged when shipped via the South African Postal Office (SAPO) system.

  3. Personal Hand Delivery (South Africa Only)

    • Cost: R2,000 (Recommended for high-value items)
    • Details: For added security and peace of mind, we offer personal hand delivery for premium items. This service is highly recommended for high-value or rare collectible coins.

  4. Shipping Using Client’s Courier

    • Details: You have the option to arrange collection and delivery via your own preferred courier. Please ensure you finalize this arrangement before completing your purchase.

    Note: Muntstuk International Coins is not responsible for goods lost during transit via third-party couriers.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link so you can monitor your package's progress online.

  • Shipping Risk: While we take special care to pack fragile items securely, shipping is at your own risk. However, we ensure all items are well-protected during packaging.

  • Grouping Orders: For ease and reduced shipping costs, we recommend grouping items into a single order. We cannot combine separate orders after purchase, and shipping fees will apply to each distinct order.

  • Insurance: Insurance can be arranged upon request. If you would like to insure your package, please inquire before purchase.
