Currency
All transactions on Muntstuk will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR). This ensures that all pricing and payment transactions are consistent and clear.
Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) / Direct Deposit
We offer Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and Direct Deposit as convenient payment options for our customers. After placing your order, we will send you an email with our banking details to facilitate the payment. You can transfer the amount directly into our bank account.
To help expedite the order processing and shipping, please use your Order Number as the payment reference when making the transfer or deposit. This ensures quick identification of your payment and reduces any potential delays in order fulfillment.
Credit Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard)
Please note that, due to an increase in credit card fraud, we have discontinued the option of paying via Visa or Mastercard for online orders. We no longer accept credit card payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to use EFT or Direct Deposit for a smooth and secure transaction.
