  • The Gold Panda coins are minted at the Shenzhen Guobao Mint which is owned by China Gold Coin Corporation, which is owned by China’s central bank(the People’s Bank of Chin). Each year the image of the Panda coins changes.

Chinese gold panda coins were produced in troy-ounce weight denominations from 1982 to 2015. Since 2016, Chinese Gold Pandas have expanded their denominations and are available in a range of metric of 30 grams, 15 grams, 8 grams, 3 grams, and 1 gram.
