This is a copper-nickle pattern of the 1 Shilling. Four varieties occur, namely
- No overstamp on the obverse,
- Overstamp "CU NI" left of the portrait and "1" to the right (pictured here),
- Overstamp "CU NI" left of the portrait and "2" to the right,
- Overstamp "CU NI" left of the portrait and "3" to the right.
